Sharon joined AMS in early 2023 from the leadership team of technology and business services provider IBM where she was a UK Board Director. She has over 30 years’ experience in technology outsourcing, implementation and complex business service delivery across industries as varied as financial services, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and the public sector.

A passionate advocate for the skills agenda Sharon was co-founder of ‘TechConnect’, a programme between the UK government and TechUK, which brings industry and civil service early professionals together to collaborate on innovative ideas to solve real world issues. She is a recognised mentor and coach and proud to be part of the development of the ‘next gen’ new talent.

Outside of her work with AMS, Sharon is a weekend volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Society and a Board Trustee for the Dean Trust Academy.
