Matthew joined AMS in 2019 and has 9 years of experience working as a lead recruitment professional in the financial services, IT and public sector, with experience covering UK, EMEA and Australasian markets. He is experienced in both contract and permanent recruitment from both a traditional agency background as well as being embedded onsite within an RPO solution.

Since joining AMS, Matt has worked collaboratively with our clients and internal teams on the continuous improvement of our delivery in the tech and digital sector. He first joined our Nationwide Building Society team to deliver on a large tech and digital recruitment campaign working to attract, engage and retain top tech talent. Since then, he has moved over to the Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) Framework where he has worked closely with customers like NHS Digital, MOD and Department of Work and Pensions to name just a few.

Matthew is PSRs subject matter expert on the tech and digital market and is passionate about driving the continuous improvement of our service in this rapidly growing sector. He enjoys engaging with our senior tech and digital stakeholders and working to optimise our tech hiring campaigns.
