The Role
As a Strategic Internal Communications Business Partner, you will serve as a key business enabler for a specific global executive function or program. Your responsibility will be to consult, design, and collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement strategic communications and plans that align with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
In this role, you will primarily partner with Client Operations and Enabling Functions, working closely with the Chief Client Operations Officer and their Senior Leadership Team, as well as the Strategic Internal Comms, Change and Cultural Experience Team, to deliver impactful communications that drive the business forward.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute strategic internal communication plans aligned with global vision and priorities.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications.
- Act as a business enabler for Client Operations and Enabling Functions.
- Manage communication schedules to prevent message overload.
- Review, edit, and approve communications to ensure clarity and alignment with company tone.
- Promote and support global initiatives like employee engagement surveys and recognition platforms.
- Act as an ambassador for the company culture, values, and brand.
- Provide innovative ideas for effective and engaging communication methods.
Skills & Experience
- Experience with internal communications channels (global focus).
- Ability to create multi-channel communication plans with strategic and employee-focused narratives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, intranet, email marketing tools, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Creative and innovative mindset for engaging communication strategies.
- Knowledge of global recognition platforms and employee engagement tools.
